The Surface Alliance Group is made of three companies EMO; Hosel and LPW forming an alliance that means nearly every aspect of the cleaning operation of nearly every component part that you can think of is covered by its equipment.

LPW-cleaning plants already meet the highest industry standards-based design. They are designed so that both maintenance and operation can be done without special training. All plants are in our factory in Riederich assembled and put into operation. The prefabrication of relevant welding and custom parts made with certified and partner companies.

EMO - TOTAL SYSTEMS SOLUTIONS

Due to its comprehensive knowledge in the field of industrial cleaning technology, EMO has developed into a reliable partner dedicated to solve the particular needs of those clients who need exceptional solutions.

  • The wide range of applications offered by EMO includes both standard cleaning installations and complex special plants to be embedded into the entire product line.
  • The name of our system is: VAIOCS - Vacuum Assisted Inorganic Organic Cleaning System.  VAIOCS allows for the first time to apply different cleaning media in one cleaning installation.
  • Your benefit: at a pressure of 100 mbar, hydrocarbons and modified alcohols, e. g. Dowclene* 1601, can be applied above their flash point.
  • This procedure is both economic and environmental friendly. 


 HOSEL

HÖSEL GmbH is a specialist provider of cleaning systems for particularly demanding tasks such as supercleaning of components for fuel injection systems or of the smallest parts in high-quality, mechanical clocks.

The cleaning systems are designed for immersion, steam and flood cleaning for chlorinated solvents, hydrocarbons, modified alcohols and aqueous media. A highlight of this is the combined use of solvents and water in a joint treatment chamber. This combination of process steps is gaining in importance due to the constantly increasing demands on quality.

The range of services from HÖSEL GmbH includes particularly intensive customer consulting as well as project planning, production and installation of the cleaning systems, maintenance and supply of replacement parts. Customer consultation covers the recording of the requirements on location, cleaning tests related to the practical situation with evaluation and recording of the results in our own residue laboratory, and concept development of a tailored solution.
